Thanks for shopping with Knights - Plant and Life. We make every effort to provide
the best product and service available, however, if you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us. Just follow
the easy steps below to return goods to us: You must notify us within 7 days if you
wish to return items and then return them within 14 days of invoice date.
STEP 1
You will need a returns number.
Please call us on 01883 742275 during weekday office hours and ask for the webmaster or email
returns@plantandlife.com and we will issue
a returns number and organise your replacement order or refund. We cannot accept any returned
items without prior authorisation. All items must be returned with their original tags
and packing in place and undamaged.
STEP 2
Decide how to return your goods.
RETURN YOUR GOODS: IN PERSON
Bring the goods you wish to return to our Nags Hall Centre
WITH your returns number.
We cannot accept goods without a valid returns number. Please tell the staff it was a purchase made through
our website, and they will deal with your replacement or arrange for a refund to your credit/debit card
through our secure online system. We regret that we cannot make refunds at the till.
RETURN YOUR GOODS: BY POST
The returns number must be clearly marked on the returns label provided and placed on
the package. No package will be accepted returned without this number visible. All returns
are the responsibility of the customer until we acknowledge receipt therefore we recommend
you send them back using traceable means e.g. Recorded Delivery. You should return your
goods to this address:

DRIVER COLLECT
Please call or email if you would like our driver to collect unwanted or replacement goods.
You will still need a valid returns number to use this service. A collection fee will be
payable unless goods were delivered faulty or damaged. If you return an item to us for
exchange or refund you must cover the cost of delivery back to us but there is no further
charge for the replacement delivery.
IMPORTANT
Replacement goods or refunds will only be released if the above steps have been followed
and only once we have received the goods. Refunds can not be given in store.
They can only be made through our secure online system and take between 7-10 working days - this is due
to the card issuing bank and is out of our control.
If you have received the wrong goods or faulty goods
then we will cover all postage, or collection fees and apologise profusely.
