Knights - Plant and life will deliver your order using one of two options

KNIGHTS HOME DELIVERY
One of our sign written vans will deliver your order. Our delivery drivers will be wearing Knights - Plant and Life uniform. This service is available for all deliveries within our approved postcode delivery areas. Delivery is based around specific delivery zones; typically your order will be delivered within 1-3 days.

1st CLASS POST/COURIER SERVICE
If it is practical to post your order we will use Royal Mail or our chosen approved courier provider. This service will apply to deliveries outside of our standard delivery areas. If we believe your order cannot practically be delivered to you, a staff member will contact you to discuss your options.

Fragile or large, bulky and heavy items will ONLY be delivered by our own drivers.

If you are unable to sign for or receive a delivery, or have given us wrong address details, Knights - Plant and Life reserve the right to withhold any refund.

Knights - Plant and Life will always use the best possible delivery method for your package. Should there be a problem filling or delivering your order we will call or email you to discuss alternatives.

Once your order has been dispatched from our centre you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you it's on the way.

COLLECT IN STORE at Knights Plant and Life - Nags Hall Centre
If you have chosen our Collect In Store service, you must leave at least 3 hours from receipt of your confirmation email before collecting your order. This gives us time to prepare your order for collection. If you require assistance to your vehicle with your goods, please ask a staff member.
You MUST present your order number (from your confirmation email) and credit card at the Collection Counter at Knights Plant and Life; Nags Hall Centre. A staff member will run through the order with you and will confirm you are 100% happy with the selection prior to leaving the store. You MUST NOT take items from the shelves believing these to be the items you have ordered online. Your order will ALWAYS be prepared by a staff member.
