At Knights Plant and Life, we want to ensure our customers have the confidence
to buy and grow any of the plants they see here. This is why we offer our Hardy
Plant Guarantee.
The Guarantee
Any hardy plant bought from Knights Plant and Life that fails to grow, provided
it has received reasonable care and is returned to the garden centre from where
it was purchase within one year of purchase, will be replaced.
What is a hardy plant?
At Knights Plant and Life, we maintain that any plant which is reasonably
expected to last more than a year, and can be safely kept outside over winter is
a hardy one .
Trees, shrubs, and hardy perennials are all examples of plants that qualify for
our guarantee. Bedding plants would not normally qualify as they are short loved
flashes of colour that typically last just one season, and are susceptible to
the weather, something which is unfortunately out of our control!
